Overview

This The Bengal Files movie is a three-and-a-half-hour-long film. In the first one hour you will not see any brutality. That one hour is filled with discussions and conversations, which are important to make the narrative clear. At some points it even feels stretched. By the time interval comes, you might feel like when will the interval happen, or even think the movie has already ended.
But then there is still one and a half hours left. It is actually a story where the setup is used to establish the background of the real events and then also show the aftermath.
All the actors have performed so well that you will become their fan. There are three major monologues by three actors. If you are a true movie lover, love actors’ performances, or even want to be an actor yourself, you must watch these monologues.
The first is by Simratt Kaur, the second is an almost five-minute-long monologue by Darshan Kumar, and the last one is by Pallavi Joshi, which will tear your heart apart. All three have performed so brilliantly that their acting might still remain underrated. Apart from this, Mithun Chakraborty has played a side character that will stay in your mind. This is the power of a side character, which makes the film even stronger.
Now about the brutal scenes, which gave this The Bengal Files film an A rating. Unlike Baaghi 4 movie, here the brutality is not forced. The brutality shown here will shake your heart, it is that terrifying. Still, compared to The Kashmir Files, the presentation feels a little less intense.
The Bengal Files movie is very mature and brutal, so keep children away. You can definitely watch it with mature family members. Yes The Bengal Files movie feels very lengthy because of the heavy discussions between characters. How much of it is propaganda and how much of it is realism, only experts would know.
It is also being said that this The Bengal Files movie is the last movie of Vivek Agnihotri’s Files series. But in the end, a twist hints that maybe a Delhi-based film like The Delhi Files could also come.
